Because vehicle magnets are digitally printed, not cut from solid-colour vinyl, the design is far more flexible than traditional lettering. A custom vehicle magnet can include:
- Full-colour logos — your logo reproduced exactly as designed, gradients and all, not simplified to a single flat colour.
- Photos and imagery — product photos, team photos, or background graphics behind your text.
- Mixed text sizes and fonts — business name large, services and phone number smaller, laid out however fits your brand.
- Matching sets across a mixed fleet — the same design, resized to fit a pickup door, a cargo van panel, and a passenger car door, so every vehicle reads as the same business.

Material & Surface Notes
Every custom vehicle magnet is printed on 30-mil magnetic substrate with a UV-resistant laminate, the same material described on our magnetic vehicle signs page. That means full-colour prints hold their colour through summer sun and survive Canadian winters without cracking. Magnets hold on any clean, flat, steel body panel — they will not hold on aluminium, fibreglass, or heavily curved plastic panels. If you are not sure which of your vehicles have steel panels, test with a fridge magnet: if it sticks, the vehicle magnet will too.
Ordering Process
- Send your design or ask us to build one. Logo file, existing brand colours, or a rough description — any of those works as a starting point.
- Pick your vehicle sizes. Mixed sizes in the same order are fine — tell us the quantity at each size.
- Approve a proof. We send a digital proof before anything goes to print, so you see the exact layout first.
- We print and ship. Orders ship flat via Canada Post, ready to apply the day they arrive.
