Truck Lettering Canada produces custom vinyl lettering, decals, and vehicle graphics from Port Colborne, Ontario. Most orders are made for the exact wording, size, colour, artwork, surface, or vehicle details supplied with the order.

Shipping

• Orders ship across Canada from Port Colborne, Ontario.
• Standard production is typically 3–5 business days after required proof approval and usable order details are complete.
• Delivery timing depends on the destination and service selected at checkout.
• Local pickup in the Niagara Region may be arranged by appointment.
• Shipping charges are shown in checkout before payment.

Proof approval

Custom work is reviewed before production. When a proof is required, production starts only after the proof is approved. The approved wording, layout, size, colour, and artwork are the production record for that order.

Returns

Custom-made or personalized vinyl products are not returnable or exchangeable after proof approval or production. This includes buyer-remorse returns, customer-supplied spelling or measurement mistakes, colour or size choices that matched the approved order, and decals that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged during application.

Damaged or defective arrivals

If an order arrives damaged or there is a production defect, contact us with the order number and clear photos before installing the product. We will review the issue and correct or replace the affected item when the problem is confirmed.

Changes before production

If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible. A change can usually be handled before proof approval or production, but custom work cannot always be changed once production has started.
